Low-Intensity Steady-State Training(LISS)

We promote the use of low-intensity cardiovascular exercises like jogging to increase endurance and overall cardiovascular health to keep you going for longer in the ring.

High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT)

We incorporate a number of exercise circuits at a high intensity and low volume in order to build up and enhance the body's natural fast-twitch muscle group clusters. This improves movement speed and explosive strength use which are crucial to boxing in particular.

Boxing Bag and Pad Training

Our professional trainers will coach you in effective bag training to develop your boxing technique and work on your combination tactics.
